What does the registration fee provide?

The Full and Student conference registration rates include access to all conference sessions and day delegate catering.

Is Day Registration available?

Yes. The Day Registration rate includes access to the conference and day delegate catering. Day registration will be available to purchase when standard registration opens on 1 March 2025.

How do I register and what are the Terms and Conditions?

Get your registration tickets online and pay the required conference fees straight away by Visa or Mastercard to secure your booking. The order confirmation sent to your email will serve as your receipt. You can pay for up to 10 people in this way, but make sure to have each delegate's information ready.

What about cancellation and refunds?

We understand that circumstances change. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible so we can cancel your registration. Alternatively, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place at no additional cost.
If you need to cancel you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, as shown in the schedule below. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to mindsear@auckland.ac.nz .
     * Cancellation 30 days before the conference may be eligible for 100% refund
     *  Cancellation less than 30 days but more than 14 days: 50% refund
     *  Cancellation less than 14 days: no refund

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Paid registrations can be transferred to another member of the same organisation. The request for this must be received no later than 72 hours before the conference opens. Please advise of substitutions in writing so a correct name tag can be made available at the registration desk.
